Week 18: January 17th

ELA: 

We have been working on writing paragraphs and adding transitional words in their writing.
For homework tonight, students are ask to edit their rough copies of the ALL ABOUT ME paragraphs by looking for spelling errors, run-on sentences, and adding transitional words. Students are asked to have a least one FANBOYS (for,and,nor,but,or,yet,so) in their paragraph, and try to add as many transitional words using the link below. They will need to hand write their final copies and double space their work.

This week in social, we got ready for our chapter 5 quiz. The quiz was on Thursday and we went over it as a class on Friday, all the results are in PowerSchool. Next week, we will start chapter 5 - Provincial Government.
